Below is the Christian Taylor Interview. It was one of those interviews that was really eye opening. Christian (CT) was cool enough to come on and share what it’s like to compete at a pro level, plus he shared a bunch of tips on how to be a better jumper.
It’s not everyday that a guy like CT takes this much time out of his busy day to share all this info. He’s traveling around multiple times during the week and training for hours on end. So being able to sit down with him was very cool.
